Banisha is a sweet little pocket husky around 7 years old. She recently joined the TXHR family when she was left at her elderly grandmother’s home. Banisha wasn’t receiving the exercise and interaction a husky needs so they reached out to us and as they say the rest is history. Our vets noticed right away that she was blind in one of her eyes and suffering from a painful form of glaucoma in the same eye. So to relieve her pain, the eye was removed. But believe us it doesn’t bother her. Actually she is feeling much better. Banisha is a little shy with new humans but loves, loves, loves other dogs. So she is settling in at one of our “pro” fosters and learning that people can be great plus how to be part of a pack.
